Is this for me if I'm employed and not planning a business?

Yes. Empowerment here does not mean entrepreneurship. Many members are building careers inside organisations; others are restarting after a break; some are exploring income of their own. The method works on identity, voice and direction — you choose where to point it.

How much time does it take?

The masterclass is about 90 minutes, once a week. Programs add structured exercises you can fit around work and family — the design assumes a full life, not a free calendar.

What language are sessions in?

A natural mix of English and Hindi, so you can think and speak in whichever feels true.

Are sessions live or recorded?

The weekly masterclass is live. Program sessions are live with structured exercises; recordings depend on the specific program.

What does it cost?

The Rise Readiness Score, the weekly masterclass and the Rising Shakti Collective are free. Rising Shakti Launchpad is ₹4,999 for 90 days of access, the Rising Shakti Accelerator ₹19,999, and the Astitva Facilitator Certification ₹50,000; prices exclude GST. During early access, programs in The Empowerment Hub are free to explore. Each step's outputs, inclusions and policies are stated before you commit.
